Our Story
LearningLink Africa was born out of a critical gap in how families experience and respond to their children’s learning needs. We witnessed that many parents were in denial or defensive—not because they didn’t care, but because they lacked the knowledge, resources, and supportive spaces to truly understand and accept their child’s challenges. Coupled with strong stigma in the community and the absence of parent support systems, this created barriers to early intervention and effective care. What began as a response to this challenge has now grown into a movement. LearningLink Africa equips parents and professionals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support children with learning and neurodevelopmental challenges, all within the Ethiopian context.
Our Approach: As a social enterprise, we sustainably deliver high-quality services while investing in community education and long-term change. We reinvest a portion of our revenue into training underprivileged parents and expanding access across underserved regions.
